REFUND AND EXCHANGE

At Bellas & Studz, we value our customers and will always do our best to treat you fair and leave you happy with your new bracelet. Please read the information package with your bracelet to keep your purchase looking great and protected from unintended damage. 

All orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days. Items damaged through unintended damage or misuse can result in us offering you a special discount on a replacement bracelet. Please contact our customer support for more information. 

Any manufacturer defect items purchased within 180 days will be replaced. Please contact customer service at information@bellasandstudz.com.
