Returns & Exchanges
We understand buying online can be hard. Sometimes the color varies, the touch isn't what you expected, the size or any other reason. If this is the case, this isn't a problem. After all, our goal is for you to be happy with your luxury good from Bellas & Studz. If your item is in unused condition, we can return or exchange, minus any shipping charges within 30 days of purchase.
- A return authorization request must be received within 30 days of you placing your order.
- Merchandise must not show any sign of being worn and be sent back in original condition with original tags intact and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if the product is not returned in it's original condition.
- Please use a shipping service with tracking and also insure the return for it's value. We are not responsible for any lost or mishandled returns due to shipping.
- After approval, item must be returned within 15 days to remain eligible.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be applied to original payment method
- Exchanges will be automatically applied as credit towards the exchanged item.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected. We will also notify you when your refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or as store credit, within 3-5 business days.

We do not honor price adjustments on discounted items.
In order to protect against abuse of our return/exchange policy, we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange should we feel the customer is abusing our policy.
All gift card purchases are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All special orders, monogrammed merchandise and items marked "Final Sale" are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.
Bellas & Studz reserves the right to modify it's exchange and return policy.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS THAT MAY APPLY:
- Please note we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if the product is not returned in it's original condition, unworn, with all tags.
- We are not responsible for any lost return packages.
- We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any return we receive that arrives without a return authorization.
- We reserve the right to not refund the following:
- Items that have been damaged or defaced in your possession.
- Items lost or damaged to fire, flood or natural disaster.
- Items that have been engraved or monogrammed.
- Items marked "Final Sale".
- Items that were special ordered.
